Tea Time at Blair Manor – is an afternoon delight we invite you to share, as a wonderful Old world afternoon luxury. The experience can take you on a magical journey. This simple ceremony that surrounds the most poetic of all beverages is a must to savor and enjoy with friends and family. Dust off your favorite old hat just sitting in your closet, and find your gloves that are in a drawer, and allow yourself to be transported back to a gentler time.

Duke of Earl Grey Tea Plate
A pot of special Earl Grey Tea (smoky yet delicate) teamed with a plate of tea sandwiches: cucumber on honey wheat, chicken curry salad, and special of the day

Assorted Cheese Plate
A pot of tea, we recommend English Breakfast for its balanced taste, served with a plate of local and English cheeses and seasonal fruits.

Cream Tea
A pot of tea, we recommend Yorkshire Gold, a flavorful and regal blend, served with fresh scones with clotted cream, lemon curd, and mock Devonshire cream.

Shortbread Plate
A pot of tea, we recommend Scottish Breakfast for its hearty, strong, blend, shortbread cookies and the tea bread of the day.

Prince Albert Plate
A pot of tea, we recommend the Afternoon Darjeeling, with a tasty array of tea sandwiches along with the desert of the day.

Queen Victoria Plate
A pot of tea, we recommend the Imperial Gunpowder for a truly royal taste, served with a gallery of tea sandwiches, tea bread, scone, and desert of the day (may be doubled for two).
